Usta Richard Martin (1920-2003), Blakemar Briars'ı kuran Thomas Martin'in oğludur. 1961'de fabrikayı Litchborough'a (Towcester) taşıyıp üretimi yenilemiştir. 1986'da şirketin sahipliği yeğeni Michael Billington'a geçmiştir.
