Draft Hole (Air Hole): Dead center of the chamber but not flush with the chamber bottom. There is a tobacco sump.

 

Chamber Reaming: Very well reamed and quite symmetrical.

 

Condition: 6/10

 

Flaws: There are pits in various places, but the bigger problem is the tobacco sump.

 

Score: 4/10

 

Comment: Can it be brought into shape? I doubt it. I wouldn't buy it myself. If you'd like to experience a bad English estate pipe, then go ahead.
