Draft Hole (Air Hole): Dead center in the chamber and almost flush. There may be a gap of about 1 mm, or maybe not. I do not think it will have any effect on the smoke.

 

Chamber Cleanliness: Very well reamed.

 

Condition: 7/10

 

Flaws: Trouble-free apart from a few cosmetic issues and a few pits in various spots.

 

Score: 6/10

 

Comment: A very ideal estate pipe for a beginner. Its engineering is quite sound. The briar quality is very conducive to a good smoke.
