Stanwell 2012 XMAS Chirstmas Estate Year Pipe (Boxed)

Because the pipe you are looking at belonged to a friend from our community, I know very well how it was smoked and how carefully it was used. Flawless workmanship, wonderful sandblasting on top of that, flawless ring grain briar: an estate pipe that is quite hard to come by. All hygiene servicing has been carried out. I recommend you do not miss it.

Draft Hole (Air Hole): Flush with the chamber floor and dead center in the chamber, flawless.
 

Shank: Very clean. No extra work has been done to it.
 

Chamber Cleaning: A very thin cake layer has started to form evenly. There is nothing that calls for reaming.
 

Flaws: None.

Note: Any pipe in which you do not build up a cake will run hot unless you smoke at a very, very slow and systematic cadence. Running hot is not a criterion for pipes without a cake layer.
