Made by Bartlomiej (Bart) Antoniewski, born 1961. He apprenticed under Ryszard Filar for two years, 1985-1986, before founding his own brand in 1989. The BAC in the stamp refers to BAC ART PIPES (owned by Marek Lejzorowicz), which took over US distribution as of 2012.
