Greaves is the brand of the Marechal Ruchon company, which later took the name C.G. Verguet Frères and operated under the Oppenheimer Holding group. The stem shape resembles Peterson's P-Lip design, but the hole is drilled straight through and does not direct smoke toward the palate; similar stems are also found on Bontemps pipes.
