Jeffrey A. Burt-Gracik (b. 1979) began carving pipes as a student in 2004 and moved to full-time production in 2006. The first number in the stamp gives the pipe's production order, and the two-digit number gives the year of production; for example, 231 08 denotes the 231st J. Alan pipe made in 2008. Grading is not used except for select examples marked with a wave symbol.
