Danish maker Manduela Riger-Kusk (b. 1967) learned the craft from Poul Ilsted between 1990 and 1992, later setting up her own workshop. She is known for the variety of materials and colors used in stems, extensions, and decorative parts; some pipes are stamped with the year of manufacture.
