The number 55 on the stamp (bent billiard) matches Kaywoodie's shape numbering within KB&B's system; the Carburetor patent number 2082106 is also the patent used on Kaywoodie's Carburetor pipes made from 1948 onward. Records indicate this suggests that manzanita-bodied pipes stamped Mission Briar continued to be produced well after the Second World War, once the briar supply had returned to normal.
