The Yello-Bole line was added in 1932 by Kaufman Brothers & Bondy alongside the KB&B, Reiss-Premier, and Kaywoodie brands. The logo can appear on either the shank or the stem. In the Nova Brylon examples, Brylon is a heat-resistant synthetic material developed by S.M. Frank Co. in 1966 by blending resin with wood flour; the same material was also used for the Medico brand.
