Catamount is a mild aromatic built by combining mature Virginia leaf with black Cavendish and toasted Cavendish. The name comes from the local word for mountain lion used in Vermont. According to the manufacturer, toasting the Cavendish is meant to lock the leaf's natural sweetness inside.
