Sweet Leaf

Sweet Leaf was one of the special mixtures Turmeaus stores prepared at the counter. It was built by combining sweetly sauced aromatic tobaccos with smoky Latakia and shredded Havana cigar leaf; this brought an aromatic top taste together with the cigar leaf's dry, earthy body in the same bowl. This contrast between the sweet and smoky extremes was the blend's distinguishing trait.

With changes in UK regulations on tobacco product composition, using shredded cigar leaf in the store's own recipe became impossible, and Sweet Leaf was removed from the list along with Wavecrest; per records, the maker has stated that a similar recipe could return in a different form. It appealed to smokers wanting to try aromatic sweetness together with Latakia and cigar leaf.
