İstanbul Flake

İstanbul Flake is a flake where matured and fermented Oriental tobaccos are combined with cavendish, yellow Virginia and a small amount of burley. A very small hazelnut aroma is added on top; the dominant character is the Oriental's spicy taste, and this makes the Virginia proportion hard to distinguish. Strength and flavor are medium, nicotine satisfying.

The slices come moist; when broken up and rested for a few days in an open jar, the tobacco's natural aromas become more pronounced. The recipe has been reworked over time. A blend suited to smokers seeking a low-flavoring, Oriental-forward, genuine tobacco taste.
