Countryside is Boswell's English blend containing a medium level of Latakia. The manufacturer describes the blend as soft-bodied and non-tongue-biting; Latakia and Oriental leaf accompany a virginia base, and the cut is ribbon.

The Latakia proportion is kept at a level that does not overtake the blend; so the smoke note is balanced by virginia's sweetness. It sits on a sweeter line than the brand's other English blend, Northwoods. Suitable for smokers newly moving to English blends or seeking a measured Latakia they can smoke all day.
