Klondike Gold

Klondike Gold is a pure virginia flake prepared for the Canadian Brigham brand; per records the blend was built by German blender Reiner Will. Leaves ranging from golden yellow to light brown are pressed and cut in classic flake form; no casing is applied to the blend.

The flavor comes entirely from the leaf itself: citrus tartness, ripe fruit, dry grass and a woody base. Its moisture, as it comes out of the tin, is ready for smoking. Suitable for smokers who love unflavored virginia flakes and expect the blend's sweetness from the leaf itself rather than sugaring. The blend has been discontinued in the US market; a similar product is sold in Canada under the Legend line.
