Campsite

Cascadia Pipe Co. is an American line taking its name from the Pacific Northwest region, made up of five blends named after time spent outdoors; Campsite, Trail Head, Downwind, Open Water and Vertical Limit make up this series. All are offered in pressed-cake (plug) form, a structure that slows the tobacco's drying.

Campsite is prepared by slow-pressing select hot-air-cured Virginia leaves. In the smoke, sweet grass and hay tones appear, with a soft citrus trace behind them. It is sliced from the cake and rubbed out for filling, burning slow and cool. Nicotine is medium, and flavor casing is limited. Aimed at fans of straight Virginia and smokers experienced with working slice and cake tobaccos.
