Hero's Blend

Casey Jones is a classic American aromatic tobacco line named after Jonathan Luther "Casey" Jones, the American engineer who died at his post in the 1900 crash of his train. Hero's Blend is the line's base blend: Virginia cavendish is brought together with a black cavendish made from Green River burley, topped with a soft vanilla-and-honey-forward casing.

The smoke is low in nicotine and soft, with a character that does not turn harsh on the tongue and can be sustained all day. Suitable for those who prefer measured sweetness over heavy sugar in aromatics, and for smokers new to the pipe. The ribbon cut makes it easy to fill and light.
