Fiammata

Fiammata is the Virginia-Perique wing of the tobacco line carrying the Castello name. Its name means "flame" in Italian and shares its name with the same surface finish on the brand's pipes. Virginia forms the body of the blend while a limited proportion of Perique adds a plum and spice note; a light burley tone sits in the background.

Because the Perique ratio is kept measured, the spice settles alongside the Virginia sweetness without overpowering it. It has a cool, balanced burn and does not bite the tongue. Suitable for smokers who find heavy VaPer blends too much and want spice in moderation.
