Eventide

Eventide is a dark English blend built in the Charatan line to stand in for Dunhill's Nightcap. Virginia and a small measure of Perique are layered over Latakia and Oriental leaf; the cut is ribbon.

It is the richest member of the series: alongside the smoke-and-wood layer comes spice and dark fruit from the Perique. No casing is used. Nicotine is high, so it is built as an end-of-day blend not recommended on an empty stomach. Suitable for experienced smokers accustomed to dark, full-bodied English blends.
