Mocha is Cornell & Diehl's ribbon-cut aromatic blend built entirely on a black cavendish base. The flavoring is described as an even split between espresso and bittersweet chocolate; these two notes form the blend's flavor axis, with the tobacco's own character staying in the background. Thanks to the black cavendish base, the smoke is mild and nicotine strength is low.

It suits smokers on the aromatic side looking for a coffee-and-chocolate pairing, wanting a light-bodied tobacco with high flavor intensity. As is common with cavendish-heavy blends, moisture content can run high, and slow smoking is key to avoiding tongue bite.
