Nutcracker

Nutcracker is a blend Cornell & Diehl produced as part of its Wintertime Reserve series, released specifically for the holiday season. It is built by combining white burley, dark burley, and cube-cut burley leaves; after adding select Virginia leaves and a pinch of perique, the mixture is pressed and sliced into thin flakes.

Its burley-heavy composition makes the blend filling and strong in nicotine; the Virginia component contributes a light sweetness, while perique adds a spicy twist. It suits smokers who enjoy unflavored blends built on the leaf's own taste and who are used to smoking pressed flake. Because Wintertime Reserve blends change from year to year, this release represents a limited-run edition.
