Orion's Arrow

Orion's Arrow is a Virginia-Perique mixture named after the Orion constellation used for navigation. Per Cornell & Diehl's listing, Oriental flake, Perique, red Virginia, and bright Virginia ribbon are combined in near-equal proportions. Pushing Perique to such a high proportion moves the mixture into sharper, spicier territory than classic VaPers.

While the Oriental leaf adds a grassy layer, red and bright Virginias share the sweet base. Nicotine and flavor intensity sit in the upper band, while room note stays low. Designed for smokers wanting a heavy dose of Perique's plum-and-pepper character, accustomed to full VaPers.
