The Red Hunt is one of the few blends from the Warped and Cornell & Diehl partnership that contains no cigar leaf. Its composition includes red, mahogany, and light-colored Virginia leaf alongside aged Basma and Izmir Oriental tobaccos and well-fermented Perique. The mixture is pressed, cut into broken flake, and offered in a 60-gram tin.
It's an unflavored blend, built on Virginia's breadlike sweetness, the Oriental tobaccos' dry spice, and Perique's fermented-fruit edge. Its pressed, Virginia-heavy structure makes it well suited to long-term storage. Aimed at smokers wanting a complex Virginia-Perique-Oriental trio without Latakia.
