XX Flake Dark is the dark version of the commemorative blends Cornell & Diehl released in 2020 for Smokingpipes.com's twentieth anniversary. Its composition includes select Virginia leaf and aged Perique; like its sibling product XX Flake, eighteen-year-aged Perique is used. The mixture is pressed and cut into broken flake, and records indicate it was limited to five thousand numbered tins.
