XXV Reserve: Dawn is one of two entries in the limited series prepared for retailer Smokingpipes' twenty-fifth anniversary; the blend is a joint effort between the company's founder Sykes Wilford and Cornell & Diehl head blender Jeremy Reeves. Records indicate the project used Virginia leaf specially sourced and rested for twenty-five years. The product is pressed as an unflavored Virginia flake.

Its profile is led by the bright, citrusy top notes of light-colored Virginias over a breadlike, naturally sweet base; it's described as fitting for morning hours, alongside a hot drink. Nicotine load is medium. Along with its sibling entry Dusk, it isn't in continuous production, having been released in limited quantity.
