Blenders Bench: Bright Virginia Leaf

Bright Virginia Leaf is the bright Virginia leaf sold in Daughters & Ryan's Blenders Bench line. Taken from the upper leaves of the plant and flue-cured, this tobacco is light yellow-gold in color and carries a high sugar content.

On the flavor side there's citrus tartness, grass and hay, tones recalling honey and bread, and a pronounced sweetness. It can be smoked on its own, but its main use is building the sweet, acidic backbone of blends; aimed at smokers wanting to build their own mixture.
