Bulldog Medium Cut

Bulldog Medium Cut is a medium-cut blend inspired by Irish tobacco tradition, prepared at German maker Dan Tobacco's (DTM) workshop in Lauenburg. Alongside light golden Virginia leaf it contains dark Virginia, brown Kentucky, and a small amount of Latakia; rubbed flake pieces added in measured amount give the mixture body and sweetness.

The casing is a floral-fruity touch the maker calls "Bulldog aroma," kept restrained enough not to mask the tobacco flavor. This makes the blend suitable for pipe smokers who don't want the sugar intensity of full aromatics but want something a bit sweeter and rounder than a straight Virginia mixture. With Latakia kept low, the smoky character isn't dominant — just a background spice element.
