Patriot Flake is the straight-Virginia blend in Dan Tobacco's American history series. US- and India-origin Virginia varieties are fermented, pressed, and after aging sliced into flake. No other leaf type or flavoring enters the mixture.
The pressure-aging gives an intense yet cool smoke; beneath the sweetness lies a light spicy undertone. Body sits medium.
