Shannon Flake

Shannon Flake belongs to Dan Tobacco's Treasures of Ireland line, dedicated to Ireland. Virginia, burley and black cavendish are brought together, flavored with a fruity coating, then pressed and sliced into flake.

While burley gives the blend an earthy body and nicotine, Virginia provides cool sweetness and black cavendish softness. Because of its flake structure it burns slowly; the slice needs to be rubbed out and aired a bit before smoking. It suits smokers on the aromatic side who still want a full-bodied smoke and don't mind flake preparation.
