Judge's Mixture

Judge's Mixture is one of the shop blends sold under the name of David P. Ehrlich Company, a long-standing Boston tobacconist. Founded in 1868 and taking its current name in 1916, the firm has long been known both for pipe-making and its own tobacco blends; per records, its most recent production was done by Sutliff and offered jointly with the related Leavitt & Peirce shop.

The blend is built on a black-cavendish-forward body and flavored with a light mango topping. It's light to medium in nicotine, with a soft smoke. It suits smokers not seeking a burnt or sharp taste but a sweet, fruity aromatic, and it fits any hour of the day.
