Scottish Mixture

Scottish Mixture is a whisky-flavored blend from Davidoff built on burley, Kentucky, oriental and Virginia leaves. It's ready-rubbed cut; on opening the tin you find an almost dry, very finely cut, veinless tobacco. The tin scent carries a light grape echo.

The weight is in Virginia and oriental tobaccos; a spicy taste familiar to smokers acquainted with Turkish tobaccos runs from the start to the end of the bowl. The burley proportion is low and only makes itself known toward the end of the smoke. Because the topping is kept low, the whisky tone doesn't overwhelm the tobacco. No tongue bite or watering has been reported. It suits those seeking a very mild blend smokable all day.
