My Mixture 221B Baker Street

My Mixture 221B Baker Street is a Virginia- and burley-based blend from Dunhill's "My Mixture" line. Per the tin description, alongside Virginia it contains fire-cured and sun-cured tobaccos; the leaf is cut fine ribbon. A very light topping is applied, echoing the line seen in Royal Yacht and Three Year Matured Virginia but more measured.

Wood, smoke, nut and a light background spice stand out in the taste; despite its measured aroma, the nicotine load is pronounced, so it suits smokers accustomed to full-bodied tobaccos. The blend was sold exclusively at Dunhill shops for a long time, was later reissued for a limited period, and left the list when Dunhill pipe tobacco production ended.
