Nightcap

Nightcap is a ribbon-cut English mixture made of latakia, Turkish orientals, perique and Virginia leaves. The tin name is seen written both as one word and two across different periods, though the blend's structure stays the same. Latakia is the dominant component, with perique sharpening the spice.

The nicotine level is high, and its weight increases from the second half of the smoke onward; it is therefore not a blend for an empty stomach or a fast smoke. The smoke is satisfying and dense. It suits smokers experienced with strong, latakia-heavy blends seeking an evening smoke. Production under the Dunhill name has ended.
