Ultra Mild

Ultra Mild is a Virginia-burley-based blend in Dunhill's low-intensity wing. Virginia's sweetness is balanced against burley's nutty body, with a light plum topping applied; per records, the mixture also contains a small amount of menthol leaving a cooling effect. It's ribbon cut and among the mildest nicotine-wise in the line.

It's a tobacco for those seeking a long, untiring smoke at any hour of the day, or newcomers to the pipe avoiding strong mixtures. Due to regulations restricting the use of terms like "mild" and "light" on tobacco packaging, the blend was withdrawn from the UK market and sold mainly in Japan. Following Dunhill's 2017 decision to end pipe tobacco production, the blend was discontinued.
