Imported Light Vanilla is a light-colored aromatic E. A. Carey has produced in Denmark and sold under its own name. Per the maker's description, a Danish-style vanilla topping along with real vanilla extract is applied over a rested burley base.

The blend is built very light; its nicotine load is low and it doesn't harshen the tongue. It is therefore a suitable all-day choice for newcomers to the pipe and smokers bothered by sharp blends. Though the brand is American, this blend's production takes place in Denmark.
