Barbary Coast

Barbary Coast is a G. L. Pease blend built on cube-cut burley. It is rounded out with matured red Virginia and Louisiana perique; a small amount of brandy is applied and the blend is finished using the producer's own processing method.

In the flavour profile, black walnut, bitter chocolate, and dried-fruit facets appear; burley's dry, earthy body is balanced by perique's plum-spice edge. The cube cut makes for an easy, slow, cool burn. Considered full in nicotine, this blend is for those leaning toward burley-based mixtures and a lightly topped American style.
