Blackpoint

Blackpoint is an English-style blend bringing together several red and light Virginia leaves. Oriental leaf and Cyprus latakia build the smoky, spicy layer; a very small amount of added perique gives a fine sharpness and fruity edge.

The latakia proportion is not as dominant as in the Balkan-style Abingdon or Charing Cross; Virginia sweetness stays at the blend's axis. It suits smokers interested in smoky mixtures who want a balanced English mixture where latakia doesn't fully take over.
