Temple Bar

Temple Bar is a Virginia-Oriental blend in G. L. Pease's Old London Series. Ripe red and sweet golden Virginias are heavily spiced with fragrant Oriental leaf; a small amount of perique is added for depth.

Whole leaf strips are layered and pressed into large cakes for about two weeks, then cut into bars and boxed. The smoker cuts the slice to whatever thickness they like and rubs it out as often as they wish. It is aimed at smokers seeking a Latakia-free, Oriental-forward, slow-burning blend.
