Brown Pigtail Sweet Rum

This is the sugared rum version of Brown Pigtail. Gawith, Hoggarth & Co. produces its rope by twisting fire-cured leaves; in this product the rope is given rum flavouring together with invert sugars, so the sweetness stands out a notch more than the plain rum version. Over time the brand has also listed this tobacco under names like "S Type Brown Twist RM."

Preparation is the same as with other ropes: a thin slice, thorough rubbing, and airing before filling. In terms of nicotine it is above medium. It is aimed at those wanting a strong rope body together with a sweet top note.
