Dark Plug Aromatic

Dark Plug is built from an equal combination of Malawi-origin fire-cured leaf and Indian-origin air-cured dark leaf; the former gives a smoky taste, the latter a sweetish, cigar-like one. The cake is cold-pressed for more than a week and sold as plug. In the aromatic version, a top flavoring characteristic of Kendal tradition is added to this dark body.

It's prepared by slicing with a knife and rubbing out. Both nicotine and taste sit at the top of the catalog; it gives a deep, earthy, smoky smoke. Suited to smokers accustomed to pressed dark tobaccos wanting a sweet essence layer added on top.
