Glengarry Flake is an all-Virginia flake built from Brazilian, Zimbabwean, and Malawian flue-cured leaf. After pressing and slicing, the slices show a color between dark gold and brown; crumbled and aired before smoking, they burn evenly.
On the flavor palette, Virginia's bready-herbal sweetness stands out along with a light tart-fruit tone. Nicotine is moderate. Suited to smokers accustomed to slow smoking who want an unflavored or very lightly essenced plain Virginia flake.
