Kendal Dark Vanilla

Kendal Dark Vanilla is the fine-shag-cut, vanilla-sauced version of the brand's unflavored Dark Flake leaf. At its base is dark, fire- and air-cured leaf; vanilla adds a fine sweetness on top rather than masking that base.

Because of this, it falls closer to the classic English aromatic approach where the topping is kept restrained, rather than the heavily sauced American-style aromatics. The fine cut lights quickly and needs frequent tamping. Suited to smokers wanting a lightly sweet top note without losing the dark tobacco taste.
