Seasonal Reserve is Gawith, Hoggarth & Co.'s series of limited holiday blends released each year; the 2020 edition is that year's entry in the series, later replaced by new editions in following years. The base is built from bright flue-cured Virginia, dark fire-cured Cavendish Virginia, and naturally sweet sun-cured Burley leaf.
The topping sits on a cherry-and-almond axis, accompanied by a vanilla trace that adds creaminess. Body stays light, and no tongue bite is reported. An entry aimed at smokers wanting a Christmas-themed aromatic with a pronounced topping but a light body, as well as collectors of the annual limited editions.
