Blue Pearl

Blue Pearl is an aromatic flake in the Pesse Canoe series from Turkish producer Gladora. The brand states that all the Virginia, Oriental, and Latakia leaf it uses in its blends is sourced from tobacco grown in Turkey; the products were once available only in the Asia-Pacific market before entering US and European distribution in 2025, with European distribution handled through Germany's Kopp Tobaccos.

A measured topping of vanilla, chocolate, and walnut is applied to a base built from Turkish Virginia, Oriental leaf, and Burley; the flake structure gives a slow, cool burn, letting the Oriental's dry spice show through beneath the topping. Suited to smokers who avoid heavy syrupy aromatics but still want to hear the Oriental character, and who are accustomed to preparing flake.
