Black Cherry (no.2)

No. 2 in the Golden Blend's series, this is an aromatic previously sold under the name Black Cherry. It is manufactured at the Pöschl facility in Bavaria. Its composition includes hand-selected Virginia, Burley, and black Cavendish; black Cavendish gives the blend its dark color and sugary base, Virginia adds a fruity sweetness, and Burley adds a nutty balance. The cut is ribbon.

It carries the most pronounced fruit topping in the series: an intense, sweet aroma reminiscent of black cherry is noticeable both from the pouch and on the smoke. Nicotine is low and the smoke is mild; smoked at a measured pace, tongue bite stays limited. A product aimed at smokers seeking a distinctly sweet, fruit-flavored smoke, and at those new to the pipe.
