Daybreak

Daybreak was designed as a light English blend in the Hearth & Home signature series, meant for all-day smoking. Its base is sweet Virginia leaf, joined by a measured amount of Oriental and a small hand-added portion of Cyprian Latakia, keeping the smoke layer from overtaking the Virginia sweetness.

According to the maker, the blend was developed at the request of the New York Pipe Club during a period when Dunhill tobaccos were unavailable in the United States. Body runs light to medium, nicotine is low, and the blend is unflavored. Well suited to smokers new to English blends, as well as those looking for a Latakia mixture light enough for morning smokes or long sessions.
