Olaf's Favourite English is a high-Latakia HU Tobacco blend that leans close to Balkan style. Records indicate roughly forty percent Syrian Latakia along with ten percent Cyprus Latakia, Perique, a notable amount of Izmir Oriental tobacco, fire-cured leaf, and English-style black Cavendish are added atop a sweet Virginia base.

The fire-cured leaf's woody, dry, spicy character supports the Latakia's silky smokiness, building a layered smoky taste; sweet, salty, sour, and leathery notes run interwoven.
