Uncle Tom's Mixture is one of the ribbon-cut blends in J. F. Germain & Son's lightly aromatic line. Selected Virginia leaves are combined with black Cavendish; per the maker's description, it's a mild, subtly flavored mixture, with the flavoring kept light.
