Verge Engine RetroDrive

Verge Engine RetroDrive is a Virginia-Perique blend in Ken Byron Ventures' Verge Engine line. Records indicate the blend shares its skeleton with Verge Engine Overdrive; what sets it apart is the use of a rare, long-rested perique batch called "Decade." The composition is forward in red Virginias aged for many years, with stoved Virginias providing a supporting body, and perique making up roughly a fifth of the blend. The flavor range brings dried plum, fig, raisin, woody and earthy notes alongside Virginia's sugary, tangy, bready side.
