Yoshimi's Vizmir

Yoshimi's Vizmir is a light-bowl blend in Ken Byron Ventures' Yoshimi's line. Its name comes from its two main components: soft yellow Virginia and light-colored Izmir oriental from Turkey. Cream, strawberry and rose essences are added to this skeleton. The casings aren't applied heavily; they're kept at a level that settles alongside the tobacco taste rather than masking it.

The blend combines the oriental's dry, spicy, lightly musky side with Virginia's grass-and-sugar side into a floral-fruity bowl. It's not heavy in nicotine, built for long outdoor bowls. Suited to smokers seeking a fine-bowled, oriental-forward light blend rather than heavy Latakia or syrupy aromatics. Due to small-batch production, it isn't constantly on the market.
